The firm serves as lead counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of Bill Heard Enterpriser Inc.  The cases involve 28 related entities, including 14 Chevrolet automobile dealerships that collectively comprise the largest Chevrolet dealership in the country.  The Committee has supervised all phases of the liquidation of the Bill Heard entities and has negotiated with the debtors on a plan of liquidation that will enable the Committee to appoint a plan trustee to prosecute avoidance action and significant litigation against third parties in order maximize recovery for unsecured credit.  Case pending.
