Represented the creditors' committee and now liquidating supervisor for NetBank Inc. in connection with liquidation of this bank holding company.  Federal regulators seized NetBank in the fall of 2007, marking the largest bank failure in almost 15 years.  Among other things, the firm as counsel to the liquidating supervisor has filed a complaint against the FDIC regarding ownership of a tax refund.  Case pending.
