Represented Collegiate Licensing Company in litigation to protect the school colors and verbal trademarks of a Texas-based university.  The firm’s motion for summary judgment resulted in the court finding liability as a matter of law, and also awarding more than $3 million dollars in damages and attorneys’ fees.
