Represented PetroLiance LLC, an oil company, which was formed upon the closing of a multi-a multi-million dollar financing and the merger of Southern Apex Holdings, LLC, Young Oil Company, Inc., Boncosky Oil Company and Commercial-Ullman Lubricants Co.  As part of this transaction, each company contributed all of their respective inventory, contracts, fixed assets, accounts and other assets and liabilities to PetroLiance LLC and all operations are now carried on by this combined entity.
