Naho Kobayashi concentrates her practice in complex commercial and banking transactions.  Ms. Kobayashi has primarily represented banks and other financial institutions in financings of all types, with a particular emphasis on financings to borrowers in the cable, communications and health care industries.

Selected Experience

• Represented agent and lender in connection with the provision of $120 million of secured syndicated credit facilities for an owner/operator of assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
• Represented agent and lender in connection with the provision of $125 million of senior secured syndicated credit facilities for a medical device distributor.
• Represented administrative agent and lender in connection with the provision of $110 million of secured syndicated revolving and term loan credit facilities for a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
• Represented a major Irish bank as US special counsel in $20,500,000 senior secured credit facilities financing acquisition of manufacturer of medical implants out of bankruptcy.
• Represented agent in $250 million syndicated financing to a multi-media communications company.
