Clint Wimbish focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the chemical and biochemical areas with special emphasis on polymer, solid state and transition metal technologies.

Selected Experience

• Drafted applications and procured patent protection in the fields of nanolithography, colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals, pharmaceutical compounds, and polymeric materials.
• Drafted clearance and invalidity opinions in the areas of photodiode arrays, polymeric and nanocrystalline materials.
• Conducted due diligence on patent portfolios of various companies involved in acquisition transactions.
• Drafted numerous appeal briefs to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
