- Drafted applications and procured patent protection in the fields of nanolithography, colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals, pharmaceutical compounds, and polymeric materials.
- Drafted clearance and invalidity opinions in the areas of photodiode arrays, polymeric and nanocrystalline materials.
- Conducted due diligence on patent portfolios of various companies involved in acquisition transactions.
- Drafted numerous appeal briefs to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
